LEADING TOWARDS SUSTAINABILITY

We are deeply devoted to using sustainable practices in our operations because we recognize the effect that fashion has on the environment. We wish to move more quickly to facilitate greater development and more action. We have made a number of changes to our production processes and the materials we use over the years to make them more sustainable.

Sourcing From LWG Tanneries

We primarily cooperate with LWG-certified tanneries as per corporate policy. The organization's main motivation is to advance the leather manufacturing sector by bringing environmental priorities into alignment, showcasing and amplifying best practices, and offering guidelines to support the sector's ongoing changes. The tanneries hold the highest certification as GOLD members of the LWG organization.

Transparent Supply Chain

As a company, we want to foster more transparency in our supply chain by providing a list of suppliers, including factories, for all our raw materials used in production processes.

Recycled Fabric

We are one of the few factories that have complete sourcing to use recycled fabric for the bags and other products as per client requirement. Recycled fabrics, also known as virgin polyester, are created from pet bottles that have yarn waste and are then processed in an environmentally beneficial way to create 100% sustainable and breathable materials. The process of turning cotton fabric into cotton fiber that may be utilized again in textile products is known as recycled cotton. It's also sometimes called shoddy, regenerated, or recovered cotton. There are several advantages to using this cloth for both our environment and our people. Used, reconditioned, and remanufactured components are all included in the category of recycled content, along with recycled raw materials.

Organic Fabric

We also use GOTS certified fabric to make fashion accessories and scarf as well as use GOTS certified fabric for the lining of our products. The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) aims to provide a credible assurance to the final consumer by defining regulations to ensure the organic status of textiles, from raw material harvesting through socially and environmentally responsible manufacture and labeling. A textile product can only be certified GOTS if it contains at least 70% organic fibers. All chemical inputs, including auxiliaries and dyestuffs, must adhere to strict environmental and toxicological standards.

Zero Pollution White Certified Factory

We are one of the very few factories which have a certified 0 pollution factory whose certification is being provided and done by the Government of India. All the production waste in terms of fabric and leather is sent to various other factories who recycle such waste to make products. The waste water is treated at the common waste industrial treatment plant. We make 0 air pollution and at the same time we have power saving motor sewing machines for energy saving.
